I agree that terrorists should not be afforded the rights of US criminal court, however, I do know that one of the many issues that has eaten up time and plagued the prosecutors for the Guantanamo Commissions is that the these people have not been Mirandized. The jurisprudential trend seems to tip towards removing the technical Miranda requirement given the obviousness of the right. For the sake of not letting these guys off for some bullsh*t technical legal construct and making it easier for the prosecutors to put terrorists where they belong--away from society--I'm willing to give the policy a pass.
