Word of the Day: Ineptocracy

I love this! I think I will make this my word of the year. It clearly describes the state of our nation and in some ways ties into the #OccupyWallStreet movement. From Points and Figures:

The word is: Ineptocracy

1. Ineptocracy – a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers*

The White House Tries To Hide DC Voucher Success

In case you haven't been following this story. The Obama Administration and the Democrats have essentially killed the successful DC Opportunity Scholarship Program. No surprise here. There's not a chance in hell that the new President or his party will take a principled stand against the teacher's union. Unfortunately, 1,700 poor Black and Latino children will not have the privilege that the Obama children have in pursuing a quality education.
